LB 889 from Senator Stan Clouse Advances at Legislature

LB 889, introduced by Kearney Senator Stan Clouse advanced after 30 minutes of debate on Tuesday. LB 889 changes penalty provisions for violations of the State Electrical Act related to the offenses of making false statements in license applications, performing unlicensed electrical work, failing to request required inspections, interfering with inspectors, and noncompliance with the Act or State Electrical Division orders.
